We are members of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and hold designations of Certified Property Manager (CPM) as well as Certified Apartment Manager (CAM). Buyer Representation

We represent many types of commercial property buyers including individual investors seeking to diversify their investment portfolio or complete a 1031 tax deferred exchange as well as large regional developers. We use cutting edge market analysis and site analysis technology to assist in identifying the best available properties based on each client’s unique and predetermined criteria. We work directly with sellers, seller agents, lenders, land planners, closing attorneys and other professionals until the acquisition process is complete.

Tenant Representation

We work closely with small and large businesses and organizations to accurately define specific space needs and criteria in order to locate the best locations available. Our market research along with analyzing location, size, features, demographics, trade areas, traffic patterns, co-tenants, access, visibility, signage, services, special needs and many other factors are all part of determining the best available properties for any business. We work with the landlord or landlord’s leasing representative to assist in negotiating the best possible lease terms for our clients.

Property Sales

We assist sellers of commercial property and land by analyzing the property to determine potential market value with the goal being to generate the highest possible sales price subject to current market conditions. We work closely with sellers to develop a marketing plan utilizing advanced technologies along with local and national listing platforms to market the property to its greatest potential in the shortest possible timeframe.

Property Leasing

We assist property owners by analyzing the market Consulting and Project Management to determine potential rental ranges with the goal being to attract new prospective tenants and retain existing tenants to maintain the highest possible rental rates and occupancy levels. We complete customized marketing plans for each property to keep spaces leased to their maximum potential and generate the highest possible income for our clients

Consulting & Project Management

Our team provides consulting and project management services that ranges from real estate consulting advice to complete oversight of new development, construction and major historic renovations. We have been involved in numerous small and large assignments around southeast and are capable of providing advice and oversight related to engineering, land planning, design, architecture, interior design, construction management and finance. We provide facilitation services for all aspects of various types of development renovation projects on behalf of our clients. Other services include the assistance with planning and design, site and market analysis, occupancy coordination, and marketing. We help owners, investors and developers navigate the myriad challenges associated with the entitlement, development and marketing processes.
