Robert Edwin Coleman, Jr., CCIM (Eddie)
Eddie is a graduate of East Carolina University and has been active in the Commercial Real Estate business since 1983. He holds both North and South Carolina Real Estate Licenses.[read more=”See more” less=”See less”] Eddie is a graduate of East Carolina University and has been active in the Commercial Real Estate business since 1983. He holds both North and South Carolina Real Estate Licenses. Eddie is Past President and Director of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (Raleigh, Durham, & Chapel Hill, NC) and is past President of the Wake County Apartment Association. He is past Chairman of The Independent Rental Owners Council and a member of the Board of Directors of the Triangle Apartment Association. Coleman was awarded the prestigious CCIM designation by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute in 1988 and has served on the Board of Directors of the North Carolina CCIM chapter. Coleman has also served on the Board of Directors of Capital Area Preservation (CAP), the Presidential Board of Advisors at Campbell University and the Business Advisory Council for the Lundy-Fetterman School of Business at Campbell University. Eddie is Broker in Charge of our Raleigh office and provides advisory and site acquisition services for numerous businesses and investors. He also oversees and analyzes real estate property investments, developments and rehabilitations.

He holds both a North Carolina and South Carolina Real Estate License and was awarded the prestigious CCIM designation in 2008. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR) and the Triangle Apartment Association (TAA) where he served on its Board of Directors. His current focus of business includes buyer and tenant representation as well as commercial real estate investment and development properties.
Kay Coleman
Kay is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Kay manages our Raleigh office and assists with brokerage, property management and administrative activities. She has been actively involved in the operation of our real estate business since its founding.
Anna Acerra
Anna earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Professional Studies/Education degrees at the State University of New York at New Paltz. Anna became a North Carolina Real Estate broker in 2015 and joined our Raleigh office in May 2021. Anna often says she “loves the hunt” which makes her a successful as a buyer and tenant representative. She is very good at listening and matching clients to the properties that meets their needs. Anna is excited to provide excellent customer service and looks to make every interaction a positive one!
Christine Bannerman
Christine is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Working from our Raleigh office, her background in retail sales, marketing and people skills have helped her provide exceptional tenant representation services as well as the leasing of numerous boutique office properties.
Doug Kline, Ph.D.
Doug is a graduate of Kent State University, earning a BS in Applied Mathematics, a Masters in Business Administration, and a PhD in Business majoring in Operations Research and minoring in Information Systems.
After positions in the software industry as SW Engineer, System Architect, and Project Manager, Doug enjoyed a successful career as a Professor of Information Systems, earning the rank of Full Professor, and being awarded an endowed position as Distinguished Professor of Information Systems. He worked for 21 years at UNC Wilmington, teaching mainly at the graduate level and serving as advisor for nearly 30 masters theses. He continued to consult in the software industry. His many applied and theoretical research articles in the fields of neural networks, data analytics, and information systems continue to be cited.
Doug began acquiring income real estate more than 20 years ago, building a personal portfolio of North Carolina based real estate assets. He holds a North Carolina broker’s license. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Triangle Real Estate Investors Association. A lifelong learner, he continues his education by attending meetings of the Society of Exchange Counselors and the National Council of Exchangors. He volunteers with the non-partisan North Carolina AARP.

He holds the prestigious Certified Property Manager designation (CPM) awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, and Texas. Phil is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Phil is Broker in Charge of our Winston-Salem office and oversees property management and leasing activities. He also provides advisory services to select buyer and tenant representation clients as well as identifies potential investment and development properties.
Gina Kelly, CAM
Gina is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She holds her North Carolina Real Estate License and has been awarded the professional Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation by the National Apartment Association. Gina is responsible for overseeing the marketing, leasing, management and operations of numerous apartment properties and communities primarily in the Triad market (Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and High Point).
Carol Linville
Carol provides bookkeeping and account management services for commercial and apartment properties out of our Winston-Salem office. She has experience in real estate management bookkeeping and reporting and also assists with office management and administrative duties.
Ruth S. Chilton
Ruth is responsible for day-to-day supervision of shopping center and apartment properties including financial planning and reporting, marketing and promotions, tenant relations, physical maintenance, leasing contacts, brokerage and administrative services. She is a licensed real estate broker is the state of North Carolina and works from our Winston-Salem office.
